RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales experience (1+ years)
- Administration/management experience
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Property & Casualty license (Must currently hold)
- Life & Health license (Must currently hold)
